Our firm was incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas in January 2002. The owner of the company, Margarita Licón, is very involved in the community and is a role model for woman interested in the engineering and design industry.

Our company was certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) as a small Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, 8 (a) certified, State HUB, GSA Schedule Holder and minority business.

Our corporate office is located on Interstate Highway 10, near downtown El Paso, Texas.  We have fully equipped and staffed offices in Brownsville, Texas and Las Vegas, Nevada. We also have a wholly-owned subsidiary in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, and in the San Diego, California-Tijuana,México, Grupo LEC del Norte, S.A. de C.V., since 2004.

We have an extensive portfolio of government and privately funded projects in the U.S. and México. From land acquisition, design, construction quality control, we offer turnkey development services to a diverse client base.
