Principals
Gerardo A. Licon, P.E.
Mr. Licon has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso. He has been lead geotechnical and environmental engineer on more than 4,000 projects in the southwest United States and northern states of Mexico. Mr. Licon also has experience in quality control and project management for state agencies and private corporations. His honors include:
• Young Engineer of the Year, El Paso Chapter, Texas Society of Professional Engineers, 1996

Margarita A. Licon, M.S.C.E.
Ms. Licon has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso. She has extensive experience in every area of environmental engineering and regulatory compliance. Her career has included tenures at the Texas Department of Transportation, the City of El Paso and the International Boundary and Water Commission. Ms. Licon is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Texas Society of Professional Engineers.
